My creativity came from darkness! Use it as your super power!

One of the best piece of advice I could give to anyone in a dark place is to express yourself creatively no matter what your outlet is.
When I was in hospital, I would write and perform spoken word poetry to other patients in their. As well as give motivational rants and speeches! It was an outlet for me, which helped me get through the dark hole I was in one step at a time.

To anyone who is going through a dark hole I encourage you to step out of your comfort zone and get creative. Whether it be a poem, a short story, a diary, a book, a painting, or what ever it may be.

And I promise you in the process of creating something for yourself you will slowly and surely get yourself out of the hole you are in. It will also give you a feeling of achieving something that excites you. No matter how big or small your creativity is.
