Supreme Court Temporarily Reinstates Ghost Gun Ban

The Supreme Court granted a stay in the case concerning ATF's recent frame and receiver rule which changed the definitions of frames and receivers (which was previously defined by Congress) without any input from the Legislature.

The stay is only temporary, as further arguments in the case will be coming.
