How To CONNECT A NEW CONTROLLER to your XBOX SERIES X|S 🎮

How to wirelessly connect a new controller to an Xbox Series X or Xbox Series S. We'll also unbox a new controller, go through settings, and update the controller.

Pairing a new controller with your Xbox Series X|S is easy, thanks to the PAIR button on both the controller and Xbox unit.

But the trick is to start with the controller OFF. Sometimes, turning the controller ON, and then trying to pair will result in a failure to connect.

But if you start with the controller OFF, and then Hold the Pair/Connect Button for 3 seconds - the controller will come ON and be in pairing mode.

Then all you have to do is press the Pair button on the Xbox, and that's it.
