Rumble When you ask, we investigate. They say the birds flock to the area near Blue Diamond Road and Rainbow Boulevard because one of the neighbors is feeding them.

I lived near Rainbow & Westcliff, there were no problems with Pigeons there but I do remember the problems with pigeons farther south of me, The residents should either trap them and turn them over to animal control or shoot the damn things. If I had that problem I would be doing just that. Using a B-B gun is relatively silent so there shouldn't be a problem with that, unless of course, an animal lover sees you in the act and reports it.
