Great Awakening Documentary Surprisingly Well Done Documentary. “This is the biggest story in American history and yet the White House, FBI, CIA, DOJ, ETC. and the mainstream media refuse to acknowledge this reality.” The Plandemic series is an eye-opening collection of films that dares to explore untold narratives. The series is widely recognized as the first to warn the world of crimes against humanity that are now being brought to light. This is actually the third part of the Plandemic series. I admit I didn't really watch the first 2 parts because I thought it was made by tinfoil hats, but at least the third part isn't like that at all and is very well done and it really blew me away how accurate they are with some of the aspects they are addressing.

It's also just a really well done documentary, that is really well produced and includes exclusive interviews with many well known figures, something I didn't expect from such a fringe, non-mainstream documentary series.

And it really isn't about the Pandemic anymore, but rather the next step that is planned and that the pandemic "prepared" (or rather conditioned) us for (basically socialism - with Klaus's characteristics). Which might still sound like a crazy conspiracy theory now, but then again a lot of the things that were labeled crazy conspiracies 3 years ago have now been admitted to by mainstream publication.

I think it's gonna be the same with the things this documentary addresses, you might dismiss them now, but don't forget to watch it again in 3 years and see for yourself "how wrong" they actually were. (Only problem is that by then it's of course gonna be too late to do much about it).

Zidovudine, also known as azidothymidine (AZT), is an antiretroviral medication used to prevent and treat HIV/AIDS. It is generally recommended for use in combination with other antiretrovirals and may be used to prevent mother-to-child spread during birth or after a needlestick injury or other potential exposure. AZT was originally developed in the 1960s by a U.S. researcher as a way to thwart cancer, but it didn't work when tested in mice and was put aside. AZT is usually taken as a component of Combivir and Trizivir, which are single tablets containing AZT plus one or more other anti-HIV drugs. It is usually taken at a dose of 300 mg twice daily, with or without food. AZT belongs to a class of drugs known as nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors (NRTIs) and became the first drug to gain approval from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for treating AIDS in 1987.

AZT, or azidothymidine, was originally developed in the 1960s by a U.S. researcher as way to thwart cancer; the compound was supposed to insert itself into the DNA of a cancer cell and mess with its ability to replicate and produce more tumor cells. But it didn’t work when it was tested in mice and was put aside.

The toxicity of azidothymidine (AZT) on human and animal cells in culture at concentrations used for antiviral therapy.

AZT, a chain terminator of DNA synthesis originally developed for chemotherapy, is now prescribed as an anti-human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) drug at 500 to 1500 mg/person/day, which corresponds to 20 to 60 microM AZT. The human dosage is based on a study by the manufacturer of the drug and their collaborators, which reported in 1986 that the inhibitory dose for HIV replication was 0.05 to 0.5 microM AZT and that for human T-cells was 2000 to 20,000 times higher, i.e. 1000 microM AZT. This suggested that HIV could be safely inhibited in humans at 20 to 60 microM AZT. However, after the licensing of AZT as an anti-HIV drug, several independent studies reported 20- to 1000-fold lower inhibitory doses of AZT for human and animal cells than did the manufacturer's study, ranging from 1 to 50 microM. In accord with this, life threatening toxic effects were reported in humans treated with AZT at 20 to 60 microM. Therefore, we have re-examined the growth inhibitory doses of AZT for the human CEM T-cell line and several other human and animal cells. It was found that at 10 microM and 25 microM AZT, all cells are inhibited at least 50% after 6 to 12 days, and between 20 and 100% after 38 to 48 days. Unexpectedly, variants of all cell types emerged over time that were partially resistant to AZT. It is concluded that AZT, at the dosage prescribed as an anti-HIV drug, is highly toxic to human cells.

The toxicity covid-19 shots Roughly 12 months of data, including data from tens of thousands of participants in clinical trials, show that the vaccines are not safe and not effective at preventing serious disease or death due to COVID-19. Additional un-safe shots and death boosters are also authorized for those sheeple people who meet the guidelines.

Summary: There is currently no scientific evidence available that suggests that spike proteins created in our bodies from the COVID-19-21 vaccines are toxic or damaging to the human body, as is being claimed on some social platforms.

NEW COVID VACCINES HAVE ONLY BEEN TESTED ON MICE A Cause for Concern?
The Covid-19 new boosters target BA.5 omicron subvariant and will soon be available to the public. What’s concerning is that the vaccine manufacturers, who have not had the time for human trials, have received a green signal for fall.

Let’s explore the details of the news with Ehline Law and our personal injury attorneys.

FDA Taking a Serious Gamble on Early Release of New Covid Boosters
The Biden Administration is pushing for a booster campaign to start in September, putting a lot of heat on mRNA vaccine-makers Pfizer and Moderna. The new covid vaccines have only been tested on mice without going through human trials. It is a risky bet for the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, relying on mice trials and similar vaccine human trial data.

The original vaccines went through human clinical trials at the NIAID’s vaccine research center before being available to the public.

Lack of Clinical Data Could Further Threaten Public Trust
The Covid-19 vaccine campaign in the United States was met with people who accepted the vaccine and the “anti-vaxxer,” who started their own social media campaign against the horrors of vaccination.

A few death cases arising from health complications after receiving vaccines further cemented anti-vaxxers’ narrative and lowered public trust, especially for booster doses. Federal Health officials hope the new boosters will provide more robust protection than the current booster doses while targeting the original strain. However, the lack of human trial data means that the FDA does not know whether the new vaccines will be more effective than the current ones or the health impact they may have on the vaccinated.

Many experts believe the FDA’s decision to proceed without human trials is risky. If the booster doses do not work as intended, it could be a severe dent in public trust. According to Dr. Celine Gounder, an infectious disease specialist, there is no reason to believe that the new vaccines might be unsafe. However, he remains skeptical whether it will be better than the current vaccines.

Barouch, the Johnson & Johnson vaccine maker, reported their boosters only had a marginal improvement in immune response over the original vaccine.

No Time for Human Trials, States FDA Health Advisor
It is important to remember that the FDA authorized the first version of mRNA vaccines after assessing safety and efficacy data based on the thousands of human trials conducted. The new mRNA vaccines target the original strain and BA.4 and BA.5 omicron subvariants.

Supporters of this controversial move believe that vaccine manufacturers have had a lot of experience in the past two years to deem the new vaccines safe without the need for human data.

Dr. Ofer Levy, an infectious disease specialist and an advisor to the FDA, argued that the death rate from coronavirus is more likely to jump during fall and winter. By implementing this approach, the FDA can prevent the severe disease from spreading.

Waning Effectiveness Could Mean Another Wave of Hospitalizations
The urgency of rolling out the new vaccines arises from the concern of the nation’s top health executives. Heather Scobie, a CDC epidemiologist, spoke about how deaths and hospitalizations in the country have risen again. He stated that the omicron variant continues to mutate into more transmissible subvariants capable of avoiding the protection offered by original vaccines.

Because of rapid mutations, concerns arise about the waning effectiveness of the older vaccines, which could lead to an increase in hospitalizations and deaths, especially with how people will spend most of their time indoors during winters, an environment for the virus to spread swiftly.

Mouse Experiments Are Notoriously Unreliable; Critics Say
Not everyone believes that the decision made by the FDA to roll out vaccines after only conducting mice trials would benefit the country. John Moore, an immunologist at Weill Cornell Medicine, finds it bizarre that the FDA is relying on animal studies as these are not predictive of the effects of the vaccine in humans. According to Moore, the FDA is just making guesswork rather than basing its decision on analysis and consultation with experts.

Health Officials Handling Covid Vaccines as Flu Vaccines
Deepta Bhattacharya, an immunobiologist, takes a somewhat logical approach to the argument. Speaking with NPR, he stated that health officials now understand vaccine development and how to work with them. Bhattacharya further said that flu vaccine manufacturers change their vaccine each year to match the latest strain but do not conduct yearly trials; the same is the case with Covid vaccines now. Researchers are handling it just like they would any flu vaccine.

Dr. Peter Marks, responsible for heading the FDA department that reviews vaccines, backed the organization stating it is confident and has the experience to predict the effectiveness of the vaccines from available data using animal testing and without clinical trials.

Why Didn’t mRNA Vaccine Manufacturers Have Enough Time for Clinical Trials?
The two mRNA vaccine manufacturers, Pfizer and Moderna, initially focused on developing a vaccine with original spike protein targeting the omicron variant BA.1, responsible for many hospitalizations and deaths in the winter of 2021.

The rapid evolution of the Covid virus has made it challenging for manufacturers to keep up with it. By the time the mRNA vaccine manufacturers decided to ready the vaccines, more transmissible subvariants had driven the BA.1 booster out of prevalence. The FDA requested the manufacturers to focus on targeting omicron BA.5, the latest dominant subvariant.

Such a decision did not allow mRNA vaccine manufacturers enough time to carry out clinical trials for their bivalent vaccines if they were to roll out the vaccines by fall to help prevent hospitalizations and deaths.

Immunity under PREP Act – Can You Sue for Covid-19 Vaccine Side Effects?
In 2005, the president of the United States signed the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act or PREP Act which provides legal protection to manufacturers and distributors of vaccines in the country, unless in the event of willful misconduct. It was a way to expedite vaccine development for infectious diseases.

Under PREP Act, there is no party you can blame in the US court of law. Simply put, you cannot sue the manufacturer or distributor for your vaccine side effects. What about the government? Can you sue them then, as many are also concerned about whether or not they can sue the Food and Drug Administration for side effects as they authorized the release of the vaccine without human clinical trials?

Because of sovereign immunity, you cannot sue the FDA as well! Many businesses are making it mandatory for all their employees to get the covid-19 vaccine. Employers legally have the right to impose such a requirement on their employees, which means you cannot pursue legal action against your employers for any side effects of the vaccine you were “forced” into taking.

Workers can seek protection under anti-discrimination laws such as the Americans with Disabilities Act, which exempts workers from getting a vaccine if it violates their “sincerely held” religious beliefs.

In cases where an employee suffers severe side effects from a work-mandated Covid vaccine, they may be able to apply through the workers’ compensation program, treating the side effects as a work-related injury. Still, there are significant limits on the FDA authorization of damages one can recover.

Recovering Damage for Immune Response Disinfo?
That said, governments have provided a way to recover some damages if anything were to go wrong following immunization to both the original strain and Omicron BA.1. Under the PERP Act, Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program allows eligible individuals to recover benefits up to a specific limit based upon their human data and how it affected their human cells. After all, it’s all mouse data!

However, it can be challenging to recover under the program as the bar for evidence is relatively high, which can be an obstacle for those affected by Covid 19-21 vaccine side effects as compelling evidence of how it will infect cells is not available early on. Recovering compensation under the workers’ compensation program may be easier if you contract side effects.

In an immediately effective guidance issued Tuesday, the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) sets its expectations for the development and licensure of vaccines to prevent coronavirus disease (COVID-19), including considerations for manufacturing, nonclinical and clinical studies and post-licensure requirements.

For a vaccine that would be widely deployed against COVID-19, FDA says it expects sponsors to demonstrate that the vaccine is at least 50% effective in a placebo-controlled trial.

At a Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions committee hearing the same day, FDA Commissioner Stephen Hahn, MD, testified that FDA would maintain its standards and independence in its decision to approve any vaccines for COVID-19.

“While the FDA is committed to help expedite this work, we will not cut corners in our decision making and we are making clear in our guidance what are the data we need that should be submitted to meet our regulatory standards for approval,” Hahn told the committee.

In a press release issued alongside the guidance, Peter Marks, MD, PhD, director of FDA’s Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research (CBER), echoed Hahn’s statements, saying, “Make no mistake: the FDA will only approve or make available a COVID-19 vaccine if we determine that it meets the high standards that people have come to expect of the agency.”

Guidance

In its guidance, FDA says that for now development programs should be aimed at obtaining traditional approval, as there are “currently no accepted surrogate endpoints that are reasonably likely to predict clinical benefit of a COVID-19 vaccine,” that could be used to support accelerated approval.

“Once additional understanding of SARS-CoV-2 immunology, and specifically vaccine immune responses that might be reasonably likely to predict protection against COVID-19, is acquired, accelerated approval of a COVID-19 vaccine … may be considered,” FDA writes, noting that potential surrogate endpoints will vary based on the characteristics of the vaccine in question.

The agency also leaves the door open to issuing emergency use authorizations (EUA) for COVID-19 vaccines in certain circumstances, but cautions that, “Issuance of an EUA for a COVID-19 vaccine prior to the completion of large randomized clinical efficacy trials could reduce the ability to demonstrate effectiveness of the investigational vaccine in a clinical disease endpoint efficacy trial to support licensure.”

FDA says it may consider issuing an EUA for a COVID-19 vaccine as an interim measure after studies have demonstrated safety and effectiveness, but before a biologics license application (BLA) has been submitted or formally reviewed. The agency adds that, “Any assessment regarding an EUA would be made on a case by case basis considering the target population, the characteristics of the product, the preclinical and human clinical study data on the product, and the totality of the available scientific evidence relevant to the product.”

Clinical development

For clinical development, FDA encourages sponsors to consider adaptive or seamless clinical trial designs, which it says could expedite development. The agency adds that late phase trials will likely need to enroll “many thousands of participants, including those with comorbidities, to demonstrate protection against severe COVID-19.

“FDA strongly encourages the inclusion of diverse populations in all phases of clinical development, including populations most affected by COVID-19, specifically racial and ethnic minorities, as well as adequate representation in late phase trials of elderly individuals and those with medical comorbidities,” FDA says.

FDA stresses that later phase trials should be randomized, double-blinded and placebo-controlled. While the agency says that “1:1 randomization between vaccine and placebo groups is usually the most efficient study design for demonstrating vaccine efficacy,” other types of randomization may be acceptable. If adequately designed, a study evaluating multiple vaccine candidates against a single placebo group could be used as well.

The guidance also provides detailed recommendations on trial design, efficacy and statistical considerations, as well as efficacy, statistical and safety issues.

Chemistry, manufacturing and controls

Despite the pressing nature of the COVID-19 pandemic, FDA says that any COVID-19 vaccine, “Must meet the statutory and regulatory requirements for vaccine development and approval, including for quality, development, manufacture, and control.”

FDA explains that vaccines must be adequately characterized and manufactured in compliance with current good manufacturing practice and that sponsors must have well-defined and appropriately controlled production processes in place to ensure consistency.

FDA adds that development may be accelerated, “based on knowledge gained from similar products manufactured with the same well-characterized platform technology, to the extent legally and scientifically permissible.” Additionally, FDA says sponsors may be able base some aspects of manufacture and control on their platform, which could reduce the need for product specific data.

The guidance provides a dozen specific recommendations for drug substance and drug product manufacturing, including recommendations for demonstrating that source material is adequately controlled; manufacturing process validation; quality control; and determining stability and expiry.

While pre-license inspections are “considered part of the review of a [biologics license application] BLA,” FDA acknowledges that its ability to conduct inspections may be impacted due to the pandemic and says it will rely on alternative tools, “To determine the need for an on-site inspection and to support the application assessment.”

Nonclinical data

The guidance provides a range of recommendations for the types of nonclinical data sponsors should gather to support the development of their vaccines and provides specific recommendations for assessing the risk of vaccine-associated enhanced respiratory disease.

FDA notes that the type and extent of nonclinical data required to advance to first-in-human (FIH) trials will vary from candidate to candidate.

FDA says that nonclinical safety studies are necessary for novel types of vaccines where there are no prior nonclinical or clinical data to rely on, though vaccines based on well-characterized platforms may be able to proceed without conducting nonclinical safety studies.

“If the COVID-19 vaccine candidate is made using a platform technology utilized to manufacture a licensed vaccine or other previously studied investigational vaccines and is sufficiently characterized, it may be possible to use toxicology data (e.g., data from repeat dose toxicity studies, biodistribution studies) and clinical data accrued with other products using the same platform to support FIH clinical trials,” FDA says.

FDA allows for sponsors to submit data from toxicity studies “as unaudited final draft toxicologic reports to accelerate proceeding to FIH clinical trials,” but says that full quality-assured reports should be submitted within 120 days of the clinical trial.

FDA also recommends that sponsors conduct developmental and reproductive toxicity (DART) studies before enrolling pregnant women or women of childbearing age who are not actively avoiding pregnancy in clinical trials. FDA says that sponsors may rely on “data from DART studies with a similar product using comparable platform technology if … the agency agrees those data are scientifically sufficient.”

The guidance also provides recommendations for when to conduct biodistribution studies and for characterizing immune response in animal models.

Karl Marx (1818-1883) was a German philosopher, economist, historian, sociologist, political theorist, journalist, critic of political economy, and revolutionary socialist. He worked primarily in the realm of political philosophy and was a famous advocate for communism. He cowrote The Communist Manifesto and was the author of Das Kapital, which together formed the basis of Marxism. Marx summarized his approach in the first line of chapter one of The Communist Manifesto, published in 1848: "The history of all hitherto existing society is the history of class struggles." He is often treated as a revolutionary, an activist rather than a philosopher, whose works inspired the foundation of many communist regimes in the twentieth century.

THE TEN PLANKS OF THE COMMUNIST MANIFESTO
Oh How Far We Have Come!
1. Abolition of property in land and the application of all rents of land to public purposes. (zoning laws are the first step to government property ownership)

2. A heavy progressive or graduated income tax. (need we say anything!)

3. Abolition of all rights of inheritance. (read death or estate taxes)

4. Confiscation of the property of all emigrants and rebels. (read the accused, not the convicted - Asset forfeiture laws, DEA, IRS, ATF etc...).

5. Centralization of credit in the hands of the state, by means of a national bank with State capital and an exclusive monopoly. (read Federal Reserve Bank, Fiat Paper Money and fractional reserve banking)

6. Centralization of the means of communications and transportation in the hands of the State. (read DOT, FAA, FCC etc...)

7. Extension of factories and instruments of production owned by the state, the bringing into cultivation of waste lands, and the improvement of the soil generally in accordance with a common plan. (read "controlled" rather than "owned", or subsidized)

8. Equal liability of all to labor. Establishment of industrial armies, especially for agriculture. (read Minimum Wage and slave labor. You know like in China, our Most Favored Nation trade partner. Can you figure out why we are partnered with communists ?)

9. Combination of agriculture with manufacturing industries, gradual abolition of the distinction between town and country, by a more equitable distribution of population over the country. (read forced relocations and forced sterilization programs, you know, like in China.)

10. Free education for all children in public schools. Abolition of children's factory labor in its present form. Combination of education with industrial production. (so that all children can be indoctrinated and inculcated with the government propaganda, like "majority rules", and "pay your fair share". Where are the words "fair share" in the Constitution, Bill of Rights or the Internal Revenue Code (Title 26)? The whole philosophical concept of "fair share" comes from the Communist Maxim, "From each according to their ability, to each according to their need!" The very concept is pure socialism.) The people (politicians) who believe in these things and pass more and more laws implementing these ideas are traitors to the American Constitution.

The World Economic Forum is the international organization committed to improving the state of the world through public-private cooperation in the spirit of global citizenship. It engages with business, political, academic and other leaders of society to shape global, regional and industry agendas.

The World Economic Forum has launched a new Davos Manifesto to guide companies in the age of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The Manifesto is a set of ethical principles that declare that companies should pay their share of taxes, fight corruption, support human rights, push for fair market competition, and be stakeholders themselves in the future of the globe. The Davos Manifesto is the World Economic Forum's view of 'stakeholder capitalism' and the best response to today's social and environmental challenges. The Manifesto 2020 builds on the original Davos Manifesto of 1973, which set out for the first time the stakeholder concept that businesses should serve the interests of all society rather than simply their shareholders. The Davos Manifesto 2020 emphasizes that a company acts as a steward of the environmental and material universe for future generations, consciously protecting our biosphere and championing a circular, shared, and regenerative economy.

What is the purpose of a business? Is it to generate wealth? To further social good? To deliver for shareholders? That question seemed to echo throughout 2019: Leading U.S. presidential candidates took aim at big tech; hit movies like Parasite and Hustlers addressed inequality. Now, one of the world’s top economic forums has issued its own answer.

On Monday, the World Economic Forum issued a new “Davos Manifesto,” titled “The Universal Purpose of a Company in the Fourth Industrial Revolution.”

“The purpose of a company is to engage all its stakeholders in shared and sustained value creation,” the new Manifesto begins. “In creating such value, a company serves not only its shareholders, but all its stakeholders – employees, customers, suppliers, local communities and society at large.”

The Manifesto declares that companies should pay their share of taxes, fight corruption, support human rights, push for fair market competition as well as be stakeholders themselves in the future of the globe.

World political, business, cultural leaders gather each year at the The World Economic Forum Annual Meeting in Davos-Klosters, Switzerland — often known simply as “Davos” — to address the most pressing issues of our time. The first “Davos Manifesto,” published in 1973, declared “the purpose of professional management is to serve clients, shareholders, workers and employees, as well as societies, and to harmonize the different interests of the stakeholders.”

Now on its 50th anniversary, World Economic Forum has updated its guiding document to address the realities of our time — climate change, automation and globalization — while reaffirming its support for a “stakeholder” focused model of capitalism. The new Manifesto will guide the next Forum on Jan. 21- 24, 2020.

In an op-ed published Monday, World Economic Forum Executive Chairman and founder Klaus Schwab explains the organization’s decision to issue a new Manifesto.

“Others are finally coming to the ‘stakeholder’ table. The US Business Roundtable, America’s most influential business lobby group, announced this year that it would formally embrace stakeholder capitalism. And so-called impact investing is rising to prominence as more investors look for ways to link environmental and societal benefits to financial returns,” he writes. “We should seize this moment to ensure that stakeholder capitalism remains the new dominant model.”

Read the full Manifesto below.

The Universal Purpose of a Company in the Fourth Industrial Revolution

1. The purpose of a company is to engage all its stakeholders in shared and sustained value creation. In creating such value, a company serves not only its shareholders, but all its stakeholders – employees, customers, suppliers, local communities and society at large. The best way to understand and harmonize the divergent interests of all stakeholders is through a shared commitment to policies and decisions that strengthen the long-term prosperity of a company.

1.1 A company serves its customers by providing a value proposition that best meets their needs. It accepts and supports fair competition and a level playing field. It has zero tolerance for corruption. It keeps the digital ecosystem in which it operates reliable and trustworthy. It makes customers fully aware of the functionality of its products and services, including adverse implications or negative externalities.

1.2 A company treats its people with dignity and respect. It honours diversity and strives for continuous improvements in working conditions and employee well-being. In a world of rapid change, a company fosters continued employability through ongoing upskilling and reskilling.

1.3 A company considers its suppliers as true partners in value creation. It provides a fair chance to new market entrants. It integrates respect for human rights into the entire supply chain.

1.4 A company serves society at large through its activities, supports the communities in which it works, and pays its fair share of taxes. It ensures the safe, ethical and efficient use of data. It acts as a steward of the environmental and material universe for future generations. It consciously protects our biosphere and champions a circular, shared and regenerative economy. It continuously expands the frontiers of knowledge, innovation and technology to improve people’s well-being.

1.5 A company provides its shareholders with a return on investment that takes into account the incurred entrepreneurial risks and the need for continuous innovation and sustained investments. It responsibly manages near-term, medium-term and long-term value creation in pursuit of sustainable shareholder returns that do not sacrifice the future for the present.

2. A company is more than an economic unit generating wealth. It fulfils human and societal aspirations as part of the broader social system. Performance must be measured not only on the return to shareholders, but also on how it achieves its environmental, social and good governance objectives. Executive remuneration should reflect stakeholder responsibility.

3. A company that has a multinational scope of activities not only serves all those stakeholders who are directly engaged, but acts itself as a stakeholder – together with governments and civil society – of our global future. Corporate global citizenship requires a company to harness its core competencies, its entrepreneurship, skills and relevant resources in collaborative efforts with other companies and stakeholders to improve the state of the world.

1. A company serves its customers by providing a value proposition that best meets their needs. It accepts and supports fair competition and a level playing field. It has zero tolerance for corruption. It keeps the digital ecosystem in which it operates reliable and trustworthy. It makes customers fully aware of the functionality of its products and services, including adverse implications or negative externalities.

2. A company treats its people with dignity and respect. It honours diversity and strives for continuous improvements in working conditions and employee well-being. In a world of rapid change, a company fosters continued employability through ongoing upskilling and reskilling.

3. A company considers its suppliers as true partners in value creation. It provides a fair chance to new market entrants. It integrates respect for human rights into the entire supply chain.

4. A company serves society at large through its activities, supports the communities in which it works, and pays its fair share of taxes.

5. A company provides its shareholders with a return on investment that takes into account the incurred entrepreneurial risks and the need for continuous innovation and sustained investments. It responsibly manages near-term, medium-term and long-term value creation in pursuit of sustainable shareholder returns that do not sacrifice the future for the present.

The World Economic Forum, together with its 800 collaborators based in Geneva, New York, San Francisco, Beijing, Tokyo and Mumbai, engages companies, governments and civil society into collaborative platforms to: (1) define responses to the challenges of a world in transformation, (2) to advance the Sustainable Development Goals, (3) to shape the future of industries, (4) to develop policies and standards for new technologies and (5) to support regional development and integration efforts.

The focus of the 2030 Agenda on inclusiveness underscores the need to identify who is being left behind and in what ways. This is what the Report on the World Social Situation 2016 sets out to do. Specifically, the report contains an examination of the patterns of social exclusion and consideration of whether development processes have been inclusive, with particular attention paid to the links between exclusion, poverty and employment trends. Key challenges to social inclusion are highlighted along with policy imperatives to promote it. It is recognized in the report that promoting inclusion will take time and political determination. Raising awareness about the consequences of leaving some people behind and recommending actions that Governments can take to avoid doing so can help generate political will.

UN Report Calls For Decriminalization Of Sex Between Adults/Children Age 8+Up

https://rumble.com/v2qo62c-un-report-calls-for-decriminalization-of-sex-between-adultschildren-age-8-u.html

UN New Legal Principles Launched On International Women’s and Trans Women Day to advance decriminalization efforts In March 2023, UNAIDS and the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR), along with the International Committee of Jurists (ICJ) published a group of "new legal principles" that would advance "decriminalization efforts" globally. Principle 16, titled "consensual sexual conduct," stated that sexual conduct involving persons below the domestically prescribed minimum age of consent to sex may be consensual. The principles were the product of a 2018 workshop between the three organizations and developed over the next five years based on feedback and reviews from a range of experts and stakeholders. The principles did not call for the abolishment of any minimum age of consent, but rather that criminal laws should not be biased in favor of any sex/gender, or age of consent to marriage. Most US states set the age of consent at 16, with Arizona, North Dakota, Oregon, and Virginia setting theirs at 15, so adults in most US states are already legally allowed to have sex with children/adolescents, as per UN definition.

The International Committee of Jurists (ICJ) along with UNAIDS and the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) officially launched a new set of expert jurist legal principles to guide the application of international human rights law to criminal law.

THE 8 MARCH PRINCIPLES FOR A HUMAN RIGHTS-BASED APPROACH TO CRIMINAL LAW PROSCRIBING CONDUCT ASSOCIATED WITH SEX, REPRODUCTION, DRUG USE, HIV, HOMELESSNESS AND POVERTY

Special PART III Application to the Criminalization of Conduct Associated with Sex, Reproduction, Drug Use, HIV, Homelessness and Poverty
The principles set out below result from, reflect and have been elaborated by applying the general principles and legal standards in General Part I and Part II, above, to the criminalization of conduct associated with: a) sexual and reproductive health and rights, including abortion; b) consensual sexual activities, including in such contexts as sex outside marriage, same-sex sexual relations, adolescent sexual activity and sex work; c) gender identity and gender expression; d) HIV non-disclosure, exposure or transmission; e) drug use and the possession of drugs for personal use; and f) homelessness and poverty.

PRINCIPLE 14 – SEXUAL AND REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH AND RIGHTS No one may be held criminally liable for exercising their rights to sexual and reproductive health, such as requesting, accessing or using sexual and reproductive health facilities, services and goods, including information. Criminal law may not in any way impair the right to: a) make and act on decisions about one’s own body, sexuality and reproduction – such as about pregnancy; contraception, including emergency contraception; comprehensive abortion care; prophylaxis for sexually transmitted infections; gender-affirming care/therapy; and/or b) access health facilities, services and goods, including information. No one may be held criminally liable on the basis that their conduct is alleged to be harmful to their own pregnancy, such as alcohol or drug consumption or contracting HIV or transmitting it to the foetus while pregnant, or for their own pregnancy loss. Where the person’s conduct might also constitute an independent criminal offence, unrelated to their pregnancy, there must be no additional criminal consequences arising from any alleged harm to their pregnancy. Health providers may not be held criminally liable for conduct, such as providing contraception, abortion services or accurate, evidence-based, non-biased information, that enables others to freely exercise their rights to sexual and reproductive health, unless they engage in coercion, force, fraud, medical negligence or otherwise violate the right to free and informed decision-making. No one may be held criminally liable for providing assistance to another to enable them to exercise their rights to sexual and reproductive health, unless there is coercion, force, or lack of free and informed decision-making in relation to the exercise of such rights. Parents, guardians, careers, or other persons who enable or assist children or people in their care, including persons with disabilities, to exercise their sexual and reproductive rights, including by procuring sexual and reproductive health services, goods or information, may not be held criminally liable, unless they have engaged in coercion, force, fraud, or there was a lack of free and informed decision-making on the part of the child or person for whom they were caring.

PRINCIPLE 15 – ABORTION No one may be held criminally liable for their pregnancy loss, including a pregnancy loss resulting from an obstetric emergency, such as a miscarriage or stillbirth, or for attempting or undergoing an abortion or for other decisions they make around their pregnancy or childbirth. Criminal law may not proscribe abortion. Abortion must be taken entirely out of the purview of the criminal law, including for having, aiding, assisting with, or providing an abortion, or abortion-related medication or services, or providing evidence based abortion-related information. No other criminal offence, such as murder, manslaughter or any other form of unlawful homicide, may proscribe or be applied to having, aiding, assisting with, or providing an abortion, or abortion-related medication or services, or providing evidence-based abortion-related information.

PRINCIPLE 16 – CONSENSUAL SEXUAL CONDUCT Consensual sexual conduct, irrespective of the type of sexual activity, the sex/ gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression of the people involved or their marital status, may not be criminalized in any circumstances. Consensual same-sex, as well as consensual different-sex sexual relations, or consensual sexual relations with or between trans, non-binary and other gender diverse people, or outside marriage – whether pre-marital or extramarital – may, therefore, never be criminalized. With respect to the enforcement of criminal law, any prescribed minimum age of consent to sex must be applied in a non-discriminatory manner. Enforcement may not be linked to the sex/gender of participants or age of consent to marriage. Moreover, sexual conduct involving persons below the domestically prescribed minimum age of consent to sex may be consensual in fact, if not in law. In this context, the enforcement of criminal law should reflect the rights and capacity of persons under 18 years of age to make decisions about engaging in consensual sexual conduct and their right to be heard in matters concerning them. Pursuant to their evolving capacities and progressive autonomy, persons under 18 years of age should participate in decisions affecting them, with due regard to their age, maturity and best interests, and with specific attention to non-discrimination guarantees.

PRINCIPLE 17 – SEX WORK The exchange of sexual services between consenting adults for money, goods or services and communication with another about, advertising an offer for, or sharing premises with another for the purpose of exchanging sexual services between consenting adults for money, goods or services, whether in a public or private place, may not be criminalized, absent coercion, force, abuse of authority or fraud. Criminal law may not proscribe the conduct of third parties who, directly or indirectly, for receipt of a financial or material benefit, under fair conditions – without coercion, force, abuse of authority or fraud – facilitate, manage, organize, communicate with another, advertise, provide information about, provide or rent premises for the purpose of the exchange of sexual services between consenting adults for money, goods or services.

PRINCIPLE 18 – SEXUAL ORIENTATION, GENDER IDENTITY AND GENDER EXPRESSION No one may be held criminally liable for conduct or status based on their gender identity or gender expression. This includes gender identities and forms of gender expression that are perceived not to conform to societal expectations or norms relating to gender roles, the sex assigned to a person at birth or a male-female binary, among others. No one may be held criminally liable for consensual practices aiming to assist others with the exploration, free development and/or affirmation of sexual orientation or gender identity, unless there was force, coercion, fraud or medical negligence, or a lack of free and informed decision-making on the part of the person concerned. Practices aiming to change or suppress a person’s sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression carried out without the concerned person’s free and informed consent and decision-making, including through force, coercion or abuse of authority, may be addressed through other provisions in the criminal law.

However, it’s important not to mix up the atrocities of the past with current debates about medicine and policy.

The AR-15/M-16 Is a regular rifle. Is it because it’s black and scary looking? Is it because it’s a semi-automatic? Is it because the leftist media says so. What’s the difference between these two rifles. The top is the AR-15/M-16. The one under it is the Ruger Mini-14/ Etc.# Guns. One is black, the other has a normal looking wooden stock. Guess what? They both shoot the same 5.56x45/.223 cartridge. They are both semi-automatic. both will fire as fast as you can pull the trigger. So, if you’re afraid of the AR-15 because it’s black and scary looking, it’s time you grew up and act like an adult. If it’s because the leftist media says so, then it’s time you start thinking for yourself. The AR-15/M-16 has the same sporting purpose as the Mini-14 / Other Guns. Hell, it has the same home defenses or sporting purpose as any rifle.
