HUMAN SURVIVAL TIP: READ THE INSTRUCTION MANUAL & LISTEN TO OUR MAKER

Being able to tune out distractions and focus on what's TRUE is a key to human survival. Today we practice these skills by reading from the New Testament in the Holy Bible. Specifically, we read 1 Timothy Chapter 4. Then, we take about 5 minutes and spend time on our own in silence with God the Father.
