This is the turning point for many in detoxification - via misinformation many quit when the going gets tough.
I know otherwise = purification and austery = tests of our will power and Divine nature.
It's not Body vs Spirit, it is actually body AND spirit in cooperation and levels of reality we are not taught, nor value nor embody.
Cleansing reactions are information to help us see our weak points.
They are not "punishments" nor should be avoided.
Discernment between actual sickness and The Healing Crisis is easy = if we are taking stuff to encourage our cells to dump more waste guess what?
Those inner garbage cans better be draining as fast as our cells fill them up!
And an over-active immune system might react to toxins on their way out if not bound properly = histamine and allergic responses to our own toxins! LOL.
