It was September 6, 1620. The Mayflower had been built to honorable citizens of England. The city was home to 102 people. Seventy men and woman, 32 children, one dog and one bird aboard the ship and set sail across the ocean. The sail was put on and it sailed away to New England. The first weeks have favoral winds. The pilgrims had a big responsibility to look after the cleaning. A few hours later, they had to cross the storm on the way across the ocean. Charlie Brown and Linus are not feeling well. Everybody said to them that they are about half way there. The storms become so violent to make either short sails or no sails at all, which keeps it from ripping apart.

Meanwhile, John Howland falls off the Mayflower and finally gets rescued safe and sound. Lucy wonders what the yelling was. Linus said that the people saved John who blew him overboard. The other problem is they have to go back to England before it's too late. The storm had damaged one of the beams into half. Later on the beam was fixed and they finally got out of the storm. They reopened the sail and the Mayflower continued sailing across. One person misses his grandparents so much. Charlie Brown is not so sure that they are going to make it across the ocean. Lucy has to do complaints about the trip. Later on, they saw land ahead. Everybody was excited that they finally made it across the ocean.
