Prosecutors file motion requesting further details on Bryan Kohberger’s alibi

Prosecutors in the case against Bryan Kohberger filed a motion Thursday asking the judge to compel the defense team to share more information on his alibi the night of the University of Idaho murders. Prosecutors are requesting to know the specific place where Kohberger claims he was during the November 2022 crimes as well as the names and addresses of witnesses the defense will use to corroborate his alibi. Kohberger has pled not guilty to four counts of first-degree murder.
