Sologenic Bug - Charts Not Showing - Please Help

This details a problem I am having where the sologenic dex will not show the chart information in spite of all of the troubleshooting steps I have taken. Please read below for the steps I have taken. Please help if you find an answer or if I find an answer I will pin the answer in the top of the comments.

Known fix - Reformating my computer

Steps I have taken:
- Connected and unconnected my wallet
- Uninstalled Chrome extensions / turned off
- Uninstalled and re-installed Chrome
- Deleted cookies/cache
- Turned off Norton
- Used Incognito mode
- Closed all alternative/side processes
- Updated graphics driver
- Updated windows
- opened in a different browser (Edge)
- Restarted my computer
- Other things I am forgetting.
