#stress is a convoluted term when you think about it. What may stress one person will excite another - so what exactly is stress? Originally it was a term for engineers to measure the force needed to change the state or phase of an object.

Stress on our bodies was not observed until the early and mid 1900s - Dr. Hans Selye led the efforts there.

This is the first video of a series that will discuss the impact of stress, when it is healthy, when it is unhealthy, and how to establish proper coping mechanisms. This video reviews the impact stress has on our physical bodies and 3 principles that will enable a healthy body.
