This case could easily set a president for the entire crypto space in the USA and will affect the global community of any crypto that the US touches. In 2021 the crypto community has shared multiple pieces of evidence that should be more than enough to warrant an investigation into the people that brought the enforcement action against Ripple and how they stood to benefit personally by bringing this enforcement action.
