Ukrainian Paska - Easter Cake Recipe

Hi there! Long time no see! I hope you still remember me and look forward to my new videos:) Today we will cook Easter Cake (Ukrainian Paska). This is not a traditional recipe, but it's even better and tastier. Super easy for everyone.

Usually, we go to church in the evening to bless Easter cakes. Then, in the afternoon, we have a family dinner. We came to see our Grandparents. They cooked a wonderful table for us, with various meals and dishes. We also have an egg-beating tradition, called "bytki".

Recipe:
Cottage cheese - 300 grams
3 eggs
A pinch of salt
sugar - 150 grams
Vanilla -20 grams
Plum butter - 70 grams
Flour - 240 grams
Baking powder - 15 grams.
