Nasal Swab Test , are they really Tests ?

A long time ago I saw a video that pretty much said that , these tests could also have Nano tech if memory serves me right … In this video there is mention of DARPA involvement , I am still digesting what this young lady is talking about .. feel free to comment , I am fascinated by this topic , we know the WEF loves Transhumanism and there is huge potential if I understand correctly .
