Ninth broadcast episode of the puppet/marionette show from 1963, which was called "Planet Patrol" in the US.
Similar to the Gerry Anderson shows, Fireball XL5 and Supercar from around the same time - this show looks dated now, but is still quite fun to watch.

I am uploading in the order that the episodes were broadcast, so this may differ from some later DVD order.

In this episode called "The Forgers"......
Colonel Raeburn is trying to find a gang of forgers which is threatening Earth's economy.
Capt Dart visiting Mars on a separate mission, stumbles across a possible answer to the forgery problem on Earth.........
