Driving his sorrows and pain into drinking, with the single prayer on his mind, "I wish it would just end". But it's at this moment of hitting the so-called rock bottom, death visits him, but instead of coming to take his life, it comes to offer him a second chance...

"Child of Thorns" is one man's journey to find a rekindled hope, a second chance at life to live his life over again. But second chances don't mean he can simply turn the clock back on his life or does it?
