Solar Plexus Fire Chakra 22min Singing Bowls Healing Meditation

Welcome to our fifth video in the Chakra Series.
This chakra is located close to the spine directly above the belly button. Take a minute and allow the sounds of the singing bowls to calm your mind. As you follow the tones allow your mind to relax, take three deep breathes in and slowly three out. Focus on a yellow orb spinning like a top.
The Solar Plexus Chakra is the fire that moves through ones body to create the action. You may be called to action in your life, to have courage,and confidence. Do you need to heal times when you did not act or take steps with confidence. Alternatively, do you need to let go where anger or ego got the best of you.
You are being called to take this time to let go and transmute the energy. Forgive yourself, forgive others and be thankful for the opportunity to reflect. Let go of the weight you hold in this charka. Breathe in and out. Let go what action did not serve you. Allow release and healing to happen in your life.
Continue your journey and allow yourself to make fresh new steps into the future. Now go forward with your head held high!
