only AI could make stupid sounds like this listen to the static

Only AI could do what this does.I was watching a baseball game earlier, and someone whistled in the crowd, only AI who have a hold of all of us could know when he or she was going to whistle and ride off the noise.
Meaning as soon as they whistled the AI added it's ridiculous baby noise to it. This isn't of that but if you listen you should hear sing songy baby talk crap in it. listen to the static and past the static!
