The wrestler formerly known as Kalisto in WWE, now called Samuray Del Sol, will make his Impact Wrestling debut this Friday.

He will take part in two Impact Wrestling live events this weekend, both at Cicero Stadium in Chicago. On Friday, he will be in a six-man tag team match, teaming with Laredo Kid and Black Taurus to take on Moose, Bryan Myers and WWE Hall of Famer Bully Ray.

On Saturday, the former Lucha House Party star will have his first singles match in Impact Wrestling against former TNA World Heavyweight Champion Chris Sabin.

Kalisto joined WWE in 2013 and was released in 2021. During his time with the company, he won the United States Championship twice and also had a reign with the NXT Tag Team Championship and the Cruiserweight Championship.

Since his departure from WWE, Del Sol has wrestled in several promotions, including AAA and DDT. He also made an appearance on AEW television once, when he and Aero Star took on the then AAA World Doubles Champions, FTR.
