Each arrow is an hour of meditation. If you do them you'll dream like I do, It's a snapshot of heaven. You do not have to stop anything that you are doing to focus your mind. They are labeled in phases so you can go back to get a fuller picture. But you do not need to, to get a tether to another plane of gamma consciousness and lucid dream.

Phase Twenty Two
→Red Headed Scottish Governance of Time, HMUROK, upon a sapphire step in the Pyramid of Transformation, asks you if you know what the solution is to the woe that is coming?
→She says to incorporate the anomaly over the trend.
→If you are female she merges with you, and you can now cut portals to anywhere. If you are male she cuts a portal to the next glowing emerald step and goes on ahead.
→You stay there meditating on incorporating the anomaly over the trend; to free your mind and not limit your perception
→You go on to the glowing emerald step
→You walk through to see a male avatar of God. He has the power to unite energies which have no semblance with each other. This is HOm. He tells you that unifying anomalies is your job.
→A portal opens up to a glowing black step. If you are male, HOm merges with you, If you are female he goes through the portal first. The step beyond glows ultraviolet like a black light.
→You follow and find yourself standing on the step looking at a woman with a strange watch. This is HN. She says the watch is to zero in on what you barely remember in dreams and in your mind: for it is the fuzzy data that is emotionally blocked and the most important.
→If you are female she merges with you, if you are male she goes ahead, through a portal and seems to vanish on the way to a lapis lazuli step. You know you must remain here until you remember what you almost forgot
→You go up to a glowing lapis lazuli step, there is an athletic looking Japanese with blonde-pink pigtails with a long name; but you can call her Q [Qua] for short
→She tells you to be distracted from your narrative. Let your story be made. Do not enforce your tale by your ego and plan.
→If you are female she merges with you. If you are male she goes through a portal to the next step above, which is ultraviolet glowing like a blacklight.
