Serves 15 people
80 calories

Ingredients:

500 g lard
10 tablespoons water
3 tbsp granulated sugar
5-6 tbsp vinegar
Approximately 1 kilogram flour
Vanilla essence
Strawberry jam
Cinnamon sugar
Vanilla icing sugar
2 tbsp desiccated coconut
Chocolate spread

Preparation:

Combine the lard kept at room temperature with water, vinegar, vanilla essence, sugar and mix until it's well combined.
Add flour slowly and incorporate
The dough should have the consistency of Play-Doh
You might need more or less than one kilogram flour
Take one part of the dough and mix with coconut
Cover the dough with clingfilm and freeze for one hour or keep in the fridge overnight.
Roll the dough and cut into any shapes you want
You can use cookie cutters or if you want only round shapes, you can use a glass
Bake at 180 ℃ until they are golden brown
Cool the biscuits down
Use jam and spread if you want to fill the biscuits
Cover biscuits in cinnamon sugar and desiccated coconut and run them through icing sugar
If you fill the biscuits, you will need to double the layers to cover the filling.

Tips:

If you don't want any filling, mix the dough with sugar or cinnamon sugar and bake them as they are.
