1. full moon fast + alternating coffee + lemon/sole salt enemas

My Twitter DM to a friend the day I began the full moon fast that I believe knocked my symptoms out for good (15 days of freedom so far!!):

"what we're dealing with is so evil and sinister -- it just makes me sick. I just can't even believe this is my life ... I can't believe I am going to have to deal with this noise/sensation - whatever it is - IN MY EARS, for the rest of my life. It just makes me sick. I've had a bad day with this mess and I'm just so tired and devastated over all of this ... to think my life was completely normal 3 years ago. Well, 3 1/2 now ... I just can't believe it. I remember when I was saying to think my life was completely normal a year ago, then 2 years and now I'm up to 3.5 years. SINCE COHvEd -- and that's not a coincidence ... I refuse to believe it. There are too many people that got hit with this mess in the aftermath of COHvEd for it not to be related ... and I, of course, am not v@xx3d ... I just can't believe I can't make this stop for good - it's AWFUL."
