Teddy is just 9 years old and has the most amazing temperament. Standing at 15.1 hands, he is just right to get on. This is an incredibly quiet gelding that aims to please. He is friendly and loves people and will stand tied all day without a fuss. He jumps right into the trailer and likes to go to unfamiliar places. Teddy is great for the farrier and vet. He has been hauled all over, from the mountains to gather cows to camping on the Oregon Coast. Teddy is curious by nature and is not scared of anything and not spooky at all. He gets along great with other horses and will lead, follow, or go out alone on a ride without hesitation. Teddy has a wonderful, easy-to-sit lope and a great stop. He is exceptionally smooth for a big, stout guy. He will open gates, pack a flag, or drag anything you want. Teddy has mastered bridges, logs, ditches, and many other obstacles you will find out on the trail. If you don't feel like riding for the day, Teddy even pulls a cart! He drives quietly and will go at any speed you ask. He loves to go in water and is great for bathing and grooming. Teddy is a wonderful family horse that can be ridden by kids, grandma, or anyone in between. Teddy has big bone and good, hard feet.
