7/27/2023 Neurological Disorder, Working Mitts

7/27/2023 60 years YOUNG. Neurological problem, haven't walked for 2 years. Started doing mitts 2 or 3 weeks ago. Monitoring my progress. Have to stand in one spot right now but will walk and fight again. Despite not having wheels, got good cardio. Thank you Danny Romero and Title Boxing Club- Fishhawk. I'll be moving great real soon.
