Russia is developing ties with Africa on long-terms basis – Foreign Ministry spokeswoman

Russia’s Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova gave a press conference at the Russia-Africa Summit in St. Petersburg. She commented on the development of relations between Russia and the African continent, and stressed that the ties are based on international law.
