This is 230lbs.

Leg day on the way home from @bullfrognutrition at my @tigerfitness gym was amazing. YOU can train there free on weekdays from 8am-6pm - it’s a free gym!

@kamilobliner and I focused on hamstrings to really bring them out. Felt good to split up the drive too. We did 2-5 sets of each exercise depending how many warmups we needed to get to our top set.
