Late swarm rescue from H2O meter box

We are in dirth period. This is not swarm season. The city calls me when they need bees evicted. I actually love doing theses. It’s quick and easy. And I made a new human friend. City employee stayed and watched whole process. It took about 45 min. Slow is fast.
