Schumer reassures that the Senate is one step closer to passing the NDAA

As efforts to pass the NDAA are underway, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer says the Senate is “close” to passing the bill. The National Defense Authorization Act, which deals with logistics and budget within the Department of Defense, is now on a timeline to pass before August.
