Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil for cooking
For the sauce:

1 cup plain yogurt
2 tablespoons tahini
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt to taste
Instructions:

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, cumin, coriander, paprika, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
Take a small portion of the meat mixture and shape it into a small elongated ball. Repeat with the remaining mixture, forming kofta shapes. You can use wet hands to prevent the mixture from sticking.
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a large skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Place the kofta in the pan, leaving some space between them. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are browned and cooked through.
While the kofta are cooking, prepare the sauce by combining yogurt, tahini, lemon juice, minced garlic, and salt in a bowl. Stir well until smooth and creamy.
Once the kofta are cooked, transfer them to a serving platter. Serve hot with the yogurt-tahini sauce on the side.
You can enjoy kofta with pita bread, rice, or a salad. You can also add some chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, and fresh herbs as toppings. Enjoy your delicious homemade kofta!
