I will get a better recording, but I wanted to express my heartbreak and reverence for the brilliance of Lynnette Hardaway.
To equally brilliant sister Rochelle and the entire family of fans, or in my case, fanatics of Diamond and Silk; I hope this song expresses how Lynnette's legacy is not a diamond in the sand, but a "Silk Diamond" among more boring diamonds. As tragic and upsetting as her untimely death was, unlike these other early sad endings, Lynette's righteousness and urgent courage to fight the most challenging, pertinent wars of our day proves there is nothing, nada, zilch, zero about Lynnette Hardaway's life that is incomplete.
