I’ve had really serious health issues in recent years and even when I tell those who supposedly care about me the most about them I’ve gotten bugger-all help.

So if they won’t even offer to help someone from their own family, when they could desperately do with it, you can imagine how low the chances are of anyone helping you to achieve the things you want to in life that aren’t what they would consider absolutely necessary for survival
