Orange unindentified object hover in the night sky

Filmed on 25 November 2016 in the Netherlands.
The object in the video is one of the many strange flying object here in the sky.
Others call them balloons, but i call them UFOs.
Because they seems to fly intelligent and we dont have aircrafts with a huge orange light.
With the naked eye the object look like a bright orange star.
THey dont make sounds and seems to have interest in trees,electricity, water and farms.
