Iran Unveils "Unparalleled" Abu Mahdi Cruise Missile Amid Showdown With US In Persian Gulf

The Iranian Navy and the Islamic Revolution Guards Corp (IRGC)'s Navy both received a new cruise missile on July 25. The missile is called the Abu Mahdi and is said to be a “high-precision naval cruise missile”. The missile is likely to extend the ability of the Iranian Navy to strike at ships as the US sends more warplanes and ships to the Persian Gulf.
