Exploring Bahia-Honda Rail Bridge #walkingtour #abandoned

Come walk around Bahia Honda State Park and explore the history behind the inovation of Bahia Honda Bridge! Built out of necessity and to reuse an already existing bridge that existed for the Flagler Railroad, this tall but skinny road bridge was placed on TOP of a train trestle to provide ease of access to the southern keys during a time of increased vehicle traffic vs train use.
