07 01 88 Recruit Charlie & Clinton, and build them a house

But first, we defend Sanctuary - sort of. After we recruit the father / daughter duo, we go to county crossing and build them a house next to Curie's. I still need to make jobs for them, and I'd like to get Charlie a dog - but that's later. Then we go to Jamaica Plain, kill a couple bears at the check point, kill a lot of stray ghouls, find the remains of some treasure hunters, then basically call it a day.
