15-year-old shot and killed identified

A 15-year-old boy was shot and killed near 33rd and Center on Tuesday. The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office identified the victim as 16-year-old Raul Rios of Milwaukee. The ME's report states he died in the stairwell of the building. Milwaukee police say it happened shortly before 5:30 p.m. The boy was shot and declared dead at the scene. Police are seeking an unknown suspect.
