Backyard workout 2 (HIIT 2) MACE

This is a 30 minutes HIIT workout. The only equipment you will need is a MACE. Put your timer on to countdown 30 minutes. you are going to perform 6 exercises for each round for a total of 5 rounds. each exercise is 10 reps per minute. Your rest time is the time remaining time you have left on the 1 minute after you did 10 reps. Example: Goblet Squat for 10 reps took you 30 seconds, your rest time is 30 seconds before you move on to your next exercise. Repeat this for a total of 5 rounds (30 minutes). MAKE IT HAPPEN! NO EXECUSES!
