Bizarre Case/ Carlee Russell Disappears Chasing Phantom Toddler Down Highway/ Then Reappears

Gala Fam, this is a weird one. #carleerussell disappeared last Thursday 07/13/2023 after she claims she saw a toddler on the side of the highway only to show up again 2 days later. With no explanation. We're getting this out early since there is a press conference this afternoon on the case.
