Tula Airborne Troops military medics conduct unique operation in special military op. To remove 30mm

From the front line on the southern flank of Artyomovsk direction, a serviceman with an unexploded 30mm ammunition lodged in his left leg was taken to a separate medical unit of Tula paratroopers. The projectile miraculously did not detonate.

▫️ To carry out this very dangerous operation, the military medics had to work in armour, under the supervision of sappers.

▫️ Surgeons examined the wound in 3D projection. This allowed them to discover the nature of the soft tissue damage and the location of the ammunition more precisely.

▫️ The operation lasted about an hour. Military medics removed the projectile. The serviceman's life is no longer in danger.
