I switched sides on this
I used to be on team extremely painful periods. I’m talking being in bed for 12-24 hours or more, couldn’t move from the pain, or even throwing up from nausea. Surviving on pain meds and coconut water.
Now though? I’ve switched sides. Does that mean I never have cramps? No. But they are very minimal or if they’re worse it’s usually when I eat a lot of really inflammatory foods, or am really stressed.
Now obviously hormone balancing looks different for everyone but there’s a basic guideline that can majorly improve almost everyone’s.
