Cabinet resolves to deal with all human factors causing road accidents

Cabinet has resolved to decisively deal with factors that are causing road accidents that are mainly caused by human factors.
While addressing the media in Kampala today, the Minister for ICT and national guidance Dr. Chris Baryomunsi said the cabinet observed a number of factors to deal with which included Drink driving, overspeeding, and road rage among others.
He says laws are to be amended as soon as possible to avoid more road accidents.
