Like this… it’s easy. Republicans in front of January 6 Trial against Donald Trump and the looming indictment are very much bearing a dual standard of judgement: Trump is innocent, they Republican Politicians are also innocent but the Rioters who breached into the Capitol are guilty and the Republicans have nothing to do with them, the Rioters deserve to be shot and arrested but Trump didn’t do anything to stir up their rage.

I am appalled, so.. this is why Trump didn’t pardon Jan 6 Rioters, because he thinks they are guilty and he himself instead is innocent, so they deserve jail, he instead doesn’t.

But didn’t he tell them to riot, to be wild, to stop the certification of Joe Biden, to reach trial by combat? No. We have deduced this, we have imagined this, but he didn’t do it “really”, those words were all metaphors, not for real. His tweets were a bit over the top but not like he really meant “trial, combat, wild”. If we thought so, it’s our fault.

And Kevin MacCarthy keeping the sack to Trump all the while stealing.

Chris Christie said that Trump told his supporters to march to the Capitol and that he would be marching there too, instead he went to the White House while his supporters really marched to the Capitol, and Alex Jones and Greg Reese of Infowars confirm Christie’s version of the story: Trump Team telephoned them to organise a march to the Capitol and to bring people, the mass, and even gave them an appointment at a meeting point but… when they reached the Capitol Trump and his men weren’t present, he really told them to go but didn’t go it’s like he told them “Brace Ourselves, let’s arm ourselves Patriots, go to war against the Deep State I go to the White House instead and watch you fall”. Is Trump crazy? Or crook? And Kevin MacCarthy doesn’t know this? Is this not incitement to riot?

But the Supreme Court may not be so easy with all this talking of war, of fighting the Deep State or as Steve Bannon says lately, of doing the Jihad against the Deep State aka CIA and FBI and Chuck Grassely is doing it, the Jihad against the FBI source… it’s untrue they say it but they dont’ do it, they say it, they do it and convnce people to do it, Grassley is disgusting with Shit News, pardon Fox News who show a tip of a whistleblower to the Federals not confirmed as a proven evidence of crime. A Supreme Court ruling from June may have handed Special Counsel Jack Smith a new tool in his investigation of Donald Trump, according to legal scholars Laurence Tribe and Dennis Aftergut.

Smith and the Department of Justice (DOJ) are reportedly reaching their endgame in the federal criminal investigation into former President Trump’s attempts to overturn the 2020 election. According to Trump himself, he was recently served a “target letter” in relation to the case, a move that frequently comes shortly before an individual is hit with criminal charges.

Writing in a column for Slate on Tuesday, Tribe and Aftergut argued that a ruling made by the Supreme Court is highly applicable to Trump’s case and could aid Smith in bringing a case against him. On June 27, the court issued a ruling in Counterman v. Colorado, a case concerning an individual who sent thousands of threatening messages to Denver-based singer-songwriter, Coles Whalen. In a 7-2 decision, the court ruled that “a mental state of recklessness” when making threats of violence is sufficient for them to count as “true threats,” which means that they are not covered under the First Amendment’s free speech protections.

So, Trump didn’t pardon the rioters because he thinks the rioters are guilty? This is it?

When Jack Smith arrests him don’t riot and don’t do any manifestation for him, not even peaceful because you know “the FBI… may do shit and say it’s you”… I am very disappointed at Kevin MacCarthy and Donald Trump and these Republicans, I stand by the Rioters and feel very sorry for them, he was President of the USA Trump, he had just being told he had lost the election and didn’t accept the official result, saying, telling us “they rigged it, let’s block the certification of crook Joe Biden – because he calls everybody crook – we’ll go there and you’ll be wild…” he said and wrote and his staff called Infowars to bring the people, he wasn’t a buffon, oh better he was a buffoon but we took him for something else, he was still President of the USA and hadn’t conceded.

If I were President of the USA I would pardon the Rioters and I hope when Joe Manchin is President and Huntsman Vice they will accept our plead for an Amnesty.

I cannot accept Kevin MacCarthy condemning the rioters and saving Trump “he told them to be peaceful” ??? What did he tell them? It is untrue he told them to be peaceful: he told them to riot and do the hell, he told them to be peaceful only after the breach to the Capitol had already happened for fear for himself, not to be arrested; he’s stupid Trump. Or guilty of sedition and of abandoning the people who did the sedition.

I apologise if I have pushed someone through my articles to go the Capitol on that day.

And now what does Kevin MacCarthy want? Rioters in jail and Trump again on the ballot for Republican candidate? Bravo… Who votes him? May they go to jail the ones who vote him, it’s untrue they can expose the people to risky situations and then say “I have nothing to do with them”. These Republicans are unfit to serve. Same goes for the pandemic, they did the pandenic under payments from Pfizer and J&J, approved Warp Speed source and say “we didn’t do the pandemic, Fauci did…” Fuck off, unfit to serve all of them.
