Dia de los Muertos - the Matador - movie soundtrack George McClure

Dia de los Muertos, a prophetic dream vision song by George McClure. George saw in a dream, a great stream of peasants moving up a river stretching the continent, from the sea into the backbone of mountains. The dream culminated in a canyon nestled in the mountains.
Later, while exploring around Taos in his jeep, George drove down a steep two track into a canyon, rounded a bend, and there was his dream in front of him - the Canyon del Norte del Rio Grande, or the Rio Bravo as its known in Mexico.
On returning to Nashville, George picked up his guitar, slipped back into the dream-vision, and wrote this song - the Day of the Dead, or el Dia de los Muertos. Also called "the Matador".
