The Department of Justice is suing Texas for creating a floating barrier that prevents migrants from illegally coming in. In other words, the Department of Justice is suing Texas for protecting its borders. Both Kamala Harris and white house press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre describe what Texas is doing as "inhumane". Hence a lawsuit was filed both suing the state of Texas and the governor of Texas. As ridiculous as this may sound, there's more.
