Evil comes out of the heart of man.
How do you cleanse your own heart? You can’t, but Christ can.
We can only do good when Christ works through us. Every day we must have Christ guide us and protect us and guard our hearts. Put your trust in Christ and He does the rest. Never avenge yourself, leave it to the wrath of God and work to show kindness to all, including your enemies. You do not overcome evil with evil, overcome it by doing good.
