On Sunday, July 23, FCSO deputies were called to a home on Fulton Pl in Palm Coast, FL, where they located Devin Manrique, 33, as he engaged in a verbal dispute with family members on scene. Prior to deputies' arrival, family members told deputies that Devin had broken several items outside the residence.

After Devin was secured, he started to resist deputies. Devin then threatened to "hunt down" and "find" deputies on scene. Devin was Trespassed from the residence and arrested for Criminal Mischief, Resisting Arrest Without Violence, and Corruption by Threat Against a Public Servant.

Once at the Sheriff Perry Hall Inmate Detention Facility, Devin started to slam his head on the cage of the patrol vehicle, causing a laceration to his forehead. He was transported to a hospital and medically cleared before being booked into the jail. He is being held on $6,500 bond.
