Surah Al-Baqarah, Ayah 17 (Arabic Recitation): " مَثَلُهُمۡ كَمَثَلِ ٱلَّذِي ٱسۡتَوۡقَدَ نَارٗا فَلَمَّآ أَضَآءَتۡ مَا حَوۡلَهُۥ ذَهَبَ ٱللَّهُ بِنُورِهِمۡ وَتَرَكَهُمۡ فِي ظُلُمَٰتٖ لَّا يُبۡصِرُونَ "

Surah Al-Baqarah, Verse 17 (English Translation): " Their example is that of one who kindled a fire, but when it illuminated what was around him, Allāh took away their light and left them in darkness [so] they could not see. "

Surah Al-Baqarah, Ayat 17 (Urdu Translation): " ان کی مثال اس شخص کی سی ہے جس نے آگ جلائی، پس آس پاس کی چیزیں روشنی میں آئی ہی تھیں کہ اللہ ان کے نور کو لے گیا اور انہیں اندھیروں میں چھوڑ دیا، جو نہیں دیکھتے۔ "
