The crisis in firearms licensing in Northern Ireland means thousands of people are waiting for certificates. Shooters and gun shops say the delays are frustrating. They're demanding the police take urgent action. At one target club, a disabled member says shooting is a lifeline and they want more resources to speed up the processing. The Countryside Alliance in Northern Ireland is supporting shooters in their battles to get certificates.
