Public Officials can claim plausible deniability on their knowledge of what causes Long Covid, so it is better if they are approached with a solution in hand describing the S1-subunit of the spike protein for Covid is what causes Long Covid.
This conversation was had with the Vaccine Coordinator at the County Department of Public Health. Use this opportunity to inform them and get the names of the current health director, and anyone else relevant to policy implementation. Most States have compulsory reporting and investigation laws compelling public health officials to find the causes of disease.
Covid-19 being designated a virus of public health threat, and Long Covid, or Post Acute Sequelae of Covid (PASC), being a direct result (sequelae) of Covid infection, and officially designated a disability by the US Department of HHS, means public officials must act.
The sovereign state of Australia has reviewed and implemented protocols to their entire population due to the information and research provided on the Public Health Notice, so the "investigation" is already done...
Once they know the investigation is already done then you need to let them know that State Police Powers have jurisdiction over the distribution of vaccines in their state. State Police Powers and jurisdiction mean state law takes precedence over federal law, and is the reason federal vaccine mandates were struck down.
With state law taking precedence over federal law, and the FDA designating state agencies as legal stakeholders in the distribution of Medical Countermeasures (MCM) released under an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) it would be a state agency's duty to provide notice of the possibility of a healthcare associated infection due to the S1-subunit of the spike protein MADE BY ALL AVAILABLE VACCINES for Covid in the body, because of the possibility of causing Long Covid in them.
The language of Section 564 of the FDCA states the risks and benefits, as well as the extent to which they are known or UNKNOWN must be disclosed. This means the current FDA "Fact Sheets" that all places providing vaccines have to offer are inadequate.
In addition to the healthcare associated infection, the S1 subunit for the spike protein ITSELF must be designated a biologic agent/toxin according to state law.
