Quran 65:4 (Sahih International) - And those who no longer expect menstruation among your women - if you doubt, then their period is three months, *and [also for] those who have not menstruated.* And for those who are pregnant, their term is until they give birth. And whoever fears Allāh - He will make for him of his matter ease.

Sahih al-Bukhari 3896 - Narrated Hisham's father: Khadija died three years before the Prophet (ﷺ) departed to Medina. He stayed there for two years or so and then he married ʿAisha when she was a girl of six years of age, and he consumed that marriage when she was nine years old.

Sahih al-Bukhari 5133 - Narrated ʿAisha: that the Prophet (ﷺ) married her when she was six years old and he consummated his marriage when she was nine years old, and then she remained with him for nine years (i.e., till his death).

Sahih al-Bukhari 5134 - Narrated ʿAisha: that the Prophet (ﷺ) married her when she was six years old and he consummated his marriage when she was nine years old. Hisham said: I have been informed that ʿAisha remained with the Prophet (ﷺ) for nine years (i.e. till his death).

Sahih al-Bukhari 5158 - Narrated 'Urwa: The Prophet (ﷺ) wrote the (marriage contract) with ʿAisha while she was six years old and consummated his marriage with her while she was nine years old and she remained with him for nine years (i.e. till his death).

Sahih Muslim 1422a - 'A'isha (Allah be pleased with her) reported: Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) married me when I was six years old, and I was admitted to his house at the age of nine. She further said: We went to Medina and I had an attack of fever for a month, and my hair had come down to the earlobes. Umm Ruman (my mother) came to me and I was at that time on a swing along with my playmates. She called me loudly and I went to her and I did not know what she had wanted of me. She took hold of my hand and took me to the door, and I was saying: Ha, ha (as if I was gasping), until the agitation of my heart was over. She took me to a house, where had gathered the women of the Ansar. They all blessed me and wished me good luck and said: May you have share in good. She (my mother) entrusted me to them. They washed my head and embellished me and nothing frightened me. Allah's Messenger (, may peace be upon him) came there in the morning, and I was entrusted to him.

Sahih Muslim 1422b - Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) married me when I was six years old, and I was admitted to his house when I was nine years old.

Sunan Abi Dawud 2121 - Narrated 'Aishah: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) married me when I was seven years old. The narrator Sulaiman said: or Six years. He had intercourse with me when I was nine years old.

Sahih Muslim 1422c - 'A'isha (Allah be pleased with her) reported that Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) married her when she was seven years old, and he was taken to his house as a bride when she was nine, and her dolls were with her; and when he (the Holy Prophet) died she was eighteen years old.

Sunan an-Nasai 3378 - It was narrated that 'Aishah said: "The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) married me when I was six, and consummated the marriage with me when I was nine, and I used to play with dolls."

Sahih-al Bukhari 6130 - Narrated ʿAisha: I used to play with the dolls in the presence of the Prophet, and my girl friends also used to play with me. When Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) used to enter (my dwelling place) they used to hide themselves, but the Prophet would call them to join and play with me. (The playing with the dolls and similar images is forbidden, but it was allowed for ʿAisha at that time, as she was a little girl, not yet reached the age of puberty.) (Fath-ul-Bari page 143, Vol.13)
